This can be a gig, but can also lead to Full Time employment.

I want to use the newest AI video creators ( Runway ML , VEO 3.1 , Sora 2 ) and whatever is better, or that will be better in the future to create short movies. the films will serve different purposes, I want to build a team that can quickly, effectively create these films.

the perfect candidate doesn't need experience , but needs to be a self taught , initiative heavy type of person who is somewhat creative, you can take a course - or watch a few You Tube videos to understand how to prompt the LLM to give you the best out put, and learn how to create short cinematic films and how the different programs work together to create the best product, you can even take a course to learn how to do al of it that an expert created. Finding the people who can motivate themselves to learn and do this consistently has been a challenge.

When I posted this add, we were going to accept resumes and conduct interviews - I am adjusting the process and offering a $250 USD Cash Prize to who makes the best video (voted on by a community of Filipino VAs) - The winner will get the $ as well as a job offer. Multiple people will get job offer. We need more than one.

As opposed to getting hundreds of applications here, where I cant post a video explanation - we have found it easier to ask people to submit their info into our community on Skool, - Its Free - $0 - its just alot easier organizing applicants and not losing track.
