About Us:
Heavenly Heat Saunas is a high-performance, fast-growing health company with a clear focus (since 1988) on offering the healthiest home saunas in the world. Their uncompromising standard of using zero wood glues or adhesives has unofficially earned them to be the gold standard of clean saunas. They are expanding into other product categories, and looking for an experienced, ambitious, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to support the company’s growth as they scale in 2026 and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with creating, managing and posting content across social media accounts
• Help plan, schedule, and organize content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Maintain social media calendars, trackers, and performance reports
• Support affiliate and partner social initiatives by organizing assets and tracking posts
• Research trends, competitors, and content ideas in health and wellness
• Help repurpose content across platforms and formats
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages as assigned
• Assist with light administrative tasks related to social media and partnerships
• Participate in test projects and exercises (see application project below)
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–10 years of experience in social media management
• Prior experience managing social media accounts (publishing, creating, writing, etc); and experience in affiliate, influencer, or partnership programs a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple partner relationships at once
• Confident negotiating deliverables, timelines, and partnership structures
• Ability to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
• Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or longevity is a plus

Role Details:
-Full-time, 3-6 month contractor position, with hope to extend to full time
-Pay: TBD (based on experience; very competitive pay for right candidate)
