ACS Consulting is looking for a results driven SEO Digital Marketing Expert who is also a proven Lead Generation Specialist. This role is strictly for professionals who can drive traffic and convert it into qualified leads.

If you only do SEO or only do lead gen, this role is not for you.

Role Overview
This is a part time position (20 hours per week) focused on increasing visibility, inbound traffic, and qualified leads across websites and social media platforms.

Rate: AUD 10 per hour
Work setup: Remote
Schedule: Flexible within agreed hours

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for websites and landing pages
• Conduct keyword research and on page optimization
• Improve organic rankings and search visibility
• Build and optimize lead generation funnels
• Set up and manage lead capture systems
• Optimize conversion rates across web and social platforms
• Track, analyze, and report on traffic and lead performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and growth goals
• Recommend improvements based on data and performance insights

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years experience in digital marketing
• Minimum 2+ years experience in lead generation
• Strong SEO expertise with real world results
• Proven experience generating leads from websites and social media
• Ability to show case studies of
– Websites you helped grow
– Social media accounts you scaled
– Leads generated and outcomes achieved
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and execution ability
