Talaas (Talent as a Service) partners with startups, scale-ups, and global tech companies to deliver modern, efficient, and high-quality hiring support. We’re looking for a skilled Talent Sourcer / Recruiter who can identify, engage, and qualify top talent across product, engineering, commercial, and operational roles.
This is a remote, flexible role (minimum 4 hours per day) with training, mentoring, and strong commission-based earning potential.
About the Role
As a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter, you will play a key role in building pipelines, mapping markets, and supporting full-cycle recruitment for tech-driven organisations. You should already have solid experience with sourcing tools, boolean search, and candidate engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Research
Build targeted longlists and shortlists across tech and startup roles.
Conduct deep-dive market research and talent mapping across regions and specialisms.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Juicebox, Paraform, and other outreach platforms.
Develop advanced boolean search strings and creative sourcing strategies.
Candidate Engagement
Reach out to candidates using personalised, high-conversion messaging sequences.
Track response rates and maintain well-organised candidate flows.
Conduct initial screening calls where required.
Recruitment Support
Provide structured reports, market insights, and structured pipelines.
Collaborate with the recruiter/hiring lead to refine search criteria.
Maintain records in ATS/CRM and track candidate movement accurately.
???? Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer (startup or tech experience is a major plus).
Strong command of sourcing methods, boolean search, and multi-channel outreach.
Confident using:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Juicebox (or other ATS/CRM's)
Paraform (highly beneficial and preferred)
Other lead-gen/sourcing tools (Apollo, SignalHire, etc.)
Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
Able to work a minimum of 4 hours per day (remote).

Prior experience working with fast-growing startups or scale-ups.
Exposure to hiring for tech, engineering, SaaS, Web3, or product roles.
Experience working within embedded talent or RPO-style models.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (JobAdder, Bullhorn, Workable, Lever, Greenhouse).
