JOB OVERVIEW

La Haute is a fast-growing men’s fashion brand based in Australia. We’re launching a founder-led Behind the scenes series that shows the real behind-the-scenes of building a brand. Product development, marketing, wins, losses, and daily life.

We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor VA to help us edit long-form VLOGs and short-form social clips.

This role is NOT for beginners. You must already know how to edit content that feels modern, engaging, and high quality.

? What You’ll Be Doing
Edit YouTube-style VLOG episodes (8–15 minutes)
Create short-form clips for Instagram & TikTok from long videos
Clean cuts, pacing, basic colour correction, audio cleanup
Add simple text, subtitles, b-roll, and music where needed
Follow brand style guides and improve content over time
Work closely with our founder and content team

???? Requirements (Very Important)

You MUST have:
Proven experience editing VLOG or YouTube content
A portfolio or samples of past work (required)
Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
Good storytelling instincts (pacing, flow, engagement)
Ability to follow direction but also suggest improvements
Reliable internet and ability to hit deadlines
Good English comprehension
