JOB OVERVIEW

We are a digital marketing company specializing in legitimate, brand-safe Reddit marketing for international clients. We are safe and none of our work involves any bad content.

This is not a training position. We are only looking for someone with real, proven experience managing Reddit accounts, conversations, and narratives at scale.

We are especially interested in people who bring their own Reddit-native strategies, networks, or perspectives - not just people who execute instructions.

What you’re tasked to do

- Monitor conversations, sentiment, and trending topics related to our clients.
- Participate in relevant subreddits in a natural, community-friendly way.
- Start new subreddits, take over existing, abandoned ones.
- Post, comment, and engage using multiple accounts to support narrative management.
- Create content that gets a lot of engagement and aligns with each subreddit’s personality, rules, and unwritten norms.
- Identify ideal communities for exposure and map out engagement strategies.
- Maintain safe behavior across accounts to avoid bans, shadowbans, or rate-limit issues.
- Build weekly engagement plans to increase visibility, reach, and positive sentiment.
- Track subreddit performance, traffic, and conversation shifts.
- Deliver daily insights and recommendations based on community behavior.

Who we’re looking for

- Willing to stay and genuinely ready to grow with us long-term.
- We’re looking for someone who’s humorous and easy to get along with.
- Comfortable managing multiple active accounts and workflows simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of Reddit’s formal rules and the platform’s informal norms, you can navigate Reddit’s culture and moderation practices with confidence.
- Practical experience performing safe warm-ups for new accounts and scaling activity responsibly.
- Highly organized, dependable, and disciplined, strong process orientation.
- Clear written English and the ability to craft persuasive short-form copies.
