Job Overview:
Type: Gig-based to start (20 hours/week), remote, with high potential for part-time role based on performance.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Philippines-based (must be available for video chats multiple times daily, aligning with Sydney time zone).

Salary: $3.5 USD/hour base (up to $70 USD/week for 20 hours), with performance bonuses (e.g., up to 20% extra for SEO ranking improvements, traffic growth—potential to reach $4-5 USD/hour quickly). Major growth perks for standouts.

Reports To: Founder and Executive Operations Manager (with autonomy on technical tasks after trial).

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Optimization & Strategy: Own and expand our Google keywords/space—audit current rankings, create plans to solidify core terms (e.g., RV/caravan cleaning), and target new phrases for gradual expansion. Implement on-site SEO, develop content recommendations, write and optimize blogs to boost engagement and visibility, and track performance to drive growth.

Analytics & Ads Setup (Bonus): Install and optimize Meta Pixels, Google Analytics, and related tracking if experienced. Build audiences in Meta/Google Ads; bonus if you can manage/run campaigns for testing. Ensure data-driven insights to refine e-comm and support retail push.

General Tech Support & Growth (Bonus): Coordinate with the team on tech pivots, delegate if needed, and contribute ideas to enhance our online channels. Keep up with our fast pace—trial involves close oversight to confirm speed and fit.

Qualifications & Must-Haves:
At least a few years of experience in SEO (e.g., keyword research, ranking improvements, Google tools, content optimization) and e-comm optimization, with a strong focus on creating and writing high-quality blogs or content.

Technologically savvy: Quick learner for new tools/programs; comfortable with data analytics and A/B testing.

Entrepreneurial mindset: Flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic about growth—must thrive in a fast-paced startup with autonomy to make tech decisions.

Excellent English communication (written/verbal)—super collaborative, positive, and happy to jump on video chats multiple times a day to build rapport with the team (including our younger VA).

Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta audience building, and pixel implementation (e.g., setup for tracking/conversion); general tech support experience.
