We are seeking a motivated and organised Part Time Sales Consultant to support our growing catering and events business during a key growth phase.
This role is sales focused, with a strong emphasis on responding to enquiries, following up leads, and converting quotes into confirmed bookings. You’ll work closely with the the management team and play a key role in improving enquiry response times and conversion rates.
This is not an admin or operations role it’s ideal for someone who enjoys sales, client communication, and closing the loop.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to incoming catering and event enquiries
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and menus using approved templates
• Proactively follow up leads and outstanding proposals
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates
• Identify opportunities to upsell packages and add-ons
• Coordinate tastings and meetings from a sales perspective
• Ensure smooth handover once bookings are confirmed
About You
• Experience in sales, hospitality, events, or catering preferred
• Confident and professional communicator (written and verbal)
• Strong follow up and organisational skills
• Self motivated and reliable in a remote working environment
• Comfortable working to sales targets and KPIs
• Detail oriented with a customer first mindset
