We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant to work directly with our team and support our E-Commerce Day-to- Day Operations with product setup, marketplace tasks, campaigns, and more.
This role is perfect for someone who loves organizing, tracking details, and keeping projects moving smoothly.
Requirements: Ability to build product pages front to back that meet retailer best practices — including accurate categorization, product setup templates, SEO-optimized titles, compelling bullet points, clean descriptions, high-resolution images, correct variations, and fully completed backend attributes to maximize discoverability and conversion.
What You’ll Do:
Set up products on Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, Best Buy, and QVC.
Organize and submit compliance documents (PDP content, manuals, UPCs, product specs)
Monitor product pricing, reviews, and availability
Assist with marketing campaigns by organizing timelines, assets, and approvals
Support influencer outreach, communication, and tracking deliverables
Review Retail trends and summarize weekly
Guaranteed Applicant will deliver for $800 a month:
Weekly Meeting
- Join the team for our Weekly Amazon Meeting (12:45 – 1:15pm PST)
Listings (Monthly Goals)
- Create and publish 10+ new listings minimum per month across all platforms
- Manage and maintain 40+ existing listings per month (updates + fixes)
Content + Creative
- Create and publish A+ Content
- Design all listing images
- Optimize listing content (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords)
PPC + Growth
- Manage PPC campaigns
- Monitor performance and suggest optimizations (ACoS, TACoS, spend, keywords)
Data + Catalog Management
- Create listing data (attributes, variations, keywords, etc.)
- Manage parent/child variations properly
- Verify accuracy for SKUs, UPCs, FNSKUs across platforms
Case Logs + Issue Resolution
- Manage case logs and follow through until resolved
- Resolve all listing errors and account issues
Monitor and fix:
- suppressed listings
- policy warnings
- compliance / IP issues
- account health alerts
Inventory Monitoring
- Monitor inventory levels weekly
- Alert the team before items go out of stock or need replenishment
Reviews + Customer Activity
- Monitor product reviews weekly and flag issues
- Monitor customer Q&A and report anything that needs attention
File / Asset Organization
Keep all listing assets organized in shared folders:
images
A+ content
copy drafts
keyword research
Weekly Report Requirements (Send Weekly Report) - For every retail platform
Include the following every week:
- Inventory per retailer the site
- Which items were updated (maintenance)
- Which items need review and how many for us to approve
- Errors resolved + open issues/case logs
- Suggestions for existing items to increase sales
- If cost drop is needed: add next to each item
“average selling cost of competitive item” So we know how much to drop cost.
