We are looking for a highly organized and personable Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to serve as the "face" of our law firm and financial company. You will manage the front-end client experience while ensuring our back-end data remains accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who excels at building rapport and has a sharp eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Receptionist & Communication: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries via
Client Services: Assist clients with onboarding, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with us.
Relationship Management: Conduct follow-up check-ins with existing clients to maintain high satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for further support.
Data Collection & Entry: Research and gather specific information from various online sources and accurately input data into our CRM/spreadsheets.
Administrative Support: Maintain digital filing systems, schedule appointments, and perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English Skills: Superior written and verbal communication is a must for client-facing tasks.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, CRM software (e.g., Hubspot or Zoho), and communication platforms (e.g., Slack or Zoom).
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and the ability to follow complex instructions.
Interpersonal Skills: A "people person" who can remain calm, professional, and empathetic during client interactions.
Home Office Setup: A stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for taking calls.
