Hi, I'm Nico, a 29-year-old Filipino-American entrepreneur, husband, father, former professional b-boy (top 2 in Red Bull BC One USA Cypher 2019, multiple Coachella performances across 8 years), DJ, and business owner. My focus is authentic content about overcoming adversity (early family losses that forced me to grow up fast), resilience, fatherhood, real business challenges, and turning setbacks into strengths. The goal is to build genuine trust and a supportive community through organic, value-driven content that resonates with people on similar journeys—no quick sales or courses, just evergreen trust and leads that strengthen my family businesses over time.
The Role
You'll take ownership of content operations, collaborating closely with me to refine stories, edit weekly long-form videos (from 1 dedicated recording day), create targeted shorts/clips, design thumbnails/graphics, schedule posts, and handle distribution across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Tools include Adobe Premiere/Express, Opus Pro for efficient clipping, and smart AI prompting to maximize output.
This is a remote, full-time position (consistent hours preferred; Philippines-based ideal for time zone alignment).

Starting rate: $3–4 per hour
Regular quarterly reviews with pay increases based on performance (audience growth, consistency, clip performance)
Milestone bonuses as we hit key targets
After 6 months of strong collaboration: opportunity for revenue/profit-share as the brand grows

Long-Term Vision
We're building a true content machine—starting lean and focused, but scaling toward the high-volume systems that power creators like Gary Vaynerchuk (massive daily repurposing into dozens of pieces across platforms), Alex Hormozi (weekly long-form turned into 80+ targeted posts/week for rapid audience growth), Leila Hormozi (strategic execution at scale), and Dan Martell (consistent tactical value delivery leading to sustained subscriber growth). This means evolving from our current weekly batch to a steady flow of refined, repurposed content that compounds trust and community forever. We'll grow the structure together, adding capacity as results come in.
Experience is helpful but not required—if you're disciplined, a fast learner, and excited about personal development, storytelling, and long-term brand building, this is a real chance to step in early and grow with something impactful.
