AI Video Creator / AI Clone Specialist

This role is not for people who just “play with AI tools.”

We’re looking for someone who can:

Create AI clones or avatars

Turn scripts into short-form video content

Produce Reels, Shorts, and ad creatives that feel natural and engaging

If you understand content structure, hooks, pacing, and attention, and know how to apply AI tools to scale output — this role is for you.

The Role (In Plain English)

You’ll be responsible for creating AI-generated video content at scale.

That includes:

Building AI clones or avatars (where appropriate)

Turning scripts or briefs into short-form videos

Producing Reels, Shorts, and ad creatives

Using AI tools to speed up production without sacrificing quality

You are not expected to run ads or write long-form scripts — your focus is creation and execution.

Core Responsibilities
AI Video & Clone Creation

Create AI avatars or clones from provided assets or scripts

Generate short-form videos (10–60 seconds) for:

Instagram Reels

Facebook Ads

YouTube Shorts

Apply strong:

Hooks in the first 1–3 seconds

Clear pacing and structure

On-screen captions and emphasis

Platform-native formats

Create multiple variations from one script or concept

Combine AI avatars with:

B-roll

Screen recordings

Stock footage

Text overlays

AI Tools & Workflow (Important)

You should be comfortable using tools such as:

AI avatar / clone platforms (e.g. HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, ElevenLabs, etc.)

AI voice generation

AI-assisted script adaptation

Captioning and subtitling tools

You don’t need to use specific tools, but you must have real hands-on experience creating AI videos, not just experimenting.

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Proven experience creating AI-generated videos or AI avatar content

Strong understanding of short-form content structure

Ability to turn scripts into engaging video output

Experience producing content for:

Reels

Shorts

Ads

Fast turnaround and ability to create content at volume

If you’ve never built an AI clone or published AI-generated short-form content, this role is not a fit.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience creating AI content for ads or lead generation

Understanding of ad hooks and retention

Ability to combine AI content with UGC-style edits

Experience creating multiple variations quickly

One script becomes 5–10 usable video variations

Content feels natural, not robotic

Videos are optimised for attention and retention

You can scale output without constant oversight
