We are hiring a full-time Video Editor to support our paid advertising and eCommerce creative across Instagram,
This role is focused on short-form, performance-driven content. You will be editing a high volume of ad creatives by creating multiple variations from the same raw footage. The work is structured, repeatable, and output focused.
This is not a cinematic or long-form editing role.
Key Responsibilities
Edit approximately 150 short-form videos per month for Instagram,
Create multiple variations from shared raw footage and concepts, including:
Different hooks and opening frames
Text overlays, subtitles, and pricing or offer callouts
Pacing and structure changes for ad testing
Continuously create additional variations from winning ads
Edit simple banner videos and creative assets for Shopify
Create basic static images or graphics when required
Organise files, versions, and exports clearly for ad testing
Stay up to date with short-form ad trends and apply relevant ideas
Requirements
Experience editing short-form videos for Meta and or TikTok ads
Strong understanding of performance-based editing (hooks, pacing, clarity)
Ability to produce high volumes of similar edits accurately and efficiently
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow briefs
Nice to Have
eCommerce or direct-response advertising experience
Basic static graphic design skills
