JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing marketing agency working with professional service businesses in healthcare and local services.

Right now, we have a clear bottleneck.
We generate traffic and leads, but we are not following up well enough, not segmenting intelligently, and not turning interest into booked calls or conversations.

We are looking for ONE person who can own this gap.

This is not an ads role.
This is not a generic VA role.
This is not an “I can do everything” marketing role.

This is a systems + funnels + email + GoHighLevel execution role.

We already have:

* Lead magnets and assets
* Some email sequences
* Traffic coming in (paid + cold)

What we do not have is:

* A clean follow-up system after someone downloads something
* Smart segmentation based on behavior
* Clear funnels for different audiences
* Consistent re-engagement
* A structured cold outreach ? nurture ? next step flow

This role exists to fix that.

???? What You Will Be Responsible For

GoHighLevel (Core Responsibility)

* Working directly inside GoHighLevel
* Building and improving:

* Funnels
* Workflows
* Triggers
* Tags
* Pipelines
* Cleaning up existing automations
* Making sure nothing “falls through the cracks”

Funnels and Follow-Up

* Creating simple but effective funnels for:

* Lead magnet downloads
* Cold traffic
* Warm traffic
* Ensuring every action has a next step:

* Downloaded something ? follow-up
* Clicked a link ? tagged + segmented
* Replied to email ? moved into correct pipeline

Email Marketing

* Improving existing email sequences
* Building:

* Short nurture sequences
* Re-engagement sequences
* Follow-ups after downloads
* Segmenting lists based on:

* What people clicked
* What they downloaded
* How engaged they are

Cold Traffic Support (No Ads Management)

* Supporting cold outreach systems (not running ads)
* Helping with:

* Coldlytics lists
* Uploading leads into GoHighLevel
* Tagging and segmentation
* Cold email workflows
* Making sure cold leads are tracked, nurtured, and followed up

* You understand how funnels actually work, not just how to build pages
* You think in terms of:

* What happens next?
* Where does this lead go?
* Why are we losing them here?
* You are comfortable working with existing systems and improving them
* You can explain why something should be built a certain way
* You have worked with:

* Email sequences
* Lead magnets
* Cold lists
* Segmentation

Bonus (not required):

* Experience with Coldlytics or cold email tools
* Understanding of marketing strategy, not just tools
