Virtual Assistant - Real Estate Agent Outreach & Relationship Manager

We specialize in real estate auctions with a revolutionary zero-commission model that helps property sellers achieve premium results in 30-60 days, compared to traditional timelines of 6–8 months.

- Sellers pay ONLY capped marketing fees (typically $1,500)
- NO traditional 6% commission

THE OPPORTUNITY
We've compiled comprehensive databases of 1,000+ Missouri real estate brokerages, agents, and companies. We need a skilled, professional Virtual Assistant to systematically contact these real estate professionals to:
1. Build relationships with Missouri real estate agents and brokers
2. Educate them about our auction model and how it solves their difficult listing problems
3. Schedule meetings between agents and our team
4. Generate referrals from agents who have properties that aren't selling traditionally
5. Create partnerships that are win-win for agents and their clients
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Outreach & Communication (70% of role)
- Make 30-50 phone calls per day to real estate agents/brokers from our database
- Send 20-30 personalized
- Follow up with contacts via phone,
- Respond to inquiries and questions about our auction process
- Handle objections professionally and educate about auction benefits
Meeting Coordination (15% of role)
- Schedule Zoom/phone meetings between interested agents and J.T.
- Send calendar invites and meeting confirmations
- Send meeting reminders 24 hours before scheduled calls
- Follow up after meetings to maintain
Database Management (10% of role)
- Update contact status in our Google Sheets/CRM system
- Track all calls,
- Document agent responses, objections, and interests
- Flag hot leads for immediate owner follow-up
- Maintain clean, organized records
Reporting & Strategy (5% of role)
- Provide daily activity reports (calls made,
- Weekly summary of results and insights
- Share feedback from agents to improve messaging
- Suggest improvements to scripts and outreach strategies
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent English - Fluent written and verbal communication (C1/C2 level)
- Phone Confidence - Comfortable making 30-50+ calls daily with a clear speaking voice
- Sales/Outreach Experience - Minimum 1 year in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Professional Communication - Can write clear, grammatically correct
- Organization - Meticulous with data entry and follow-up tracking
- Self-Starter - Works independently without constant supervision
- Reliable Internet - Stable connection for VoIP calls (required)
- Computer Skills - Proficient with Google Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Zoom
Preferred Experience:
- Real estate industry knowledge (US market preferred)
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Previous work with US-based companies
- Experience in handling objections and consultative selling
- Virtual assistant or cold calling background

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE:
Morning (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Central Time)
- Review daily target list of agents to contact
- Make 15-20 outbound calls to Missouri real estate agents
- Send 10-15 personalized introduction
- Update database with call notes and outcomes
Afternoon (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM Central Time)
- Follow up with agents who requested information
- Send meeting confirmation
- Continue outbound calling (15-20 more calls)
- Respond to
End of Day (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Central Time)
- Update CRM/Google Sheets with all activity
- Schedule tomorrow's outreach targets
- Send a daily activity report to the owner
- Follow up on any hot leads or urgent items
Note: You must be available to work during US Central Time business hours (9 AM - 5 PM Central, which is 11 PM - 7 AM Philippine Time)
SUCCESS METRICS
You'll be evaluated on:
- Calls Made: 30-50+ quality conversations per day

- Response Rate: Quality of follow-up and responsiveness
- Referrals Generated: Number of properties referred to us
- Relationship Quality: Positive feedback from agents contacted

We will provide you with:
- Proven call scripts for introducing West Central Auction

- FAQ document answering technical questions about auctions
- Weekly coaching calls with a member of the team for continuous improvement
- Access to all company materials (website, case studies, testimonials)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $4-7/hour USD (based on experience)
Performance Bonuses:
- $50 bonus for every 10 qualified meetings scheduled
- $100 bonus for each property listing we win through your referrals
- Monthly bonus for exceeding targets

- This is a performance-based role - you must be comfortable with daily/weekly targets
- Training period is 2 weeks, then performance evaluation at 30, 60, and 90 days
