Job Title

Experienced Social Media VA – AI Video, Local Targeting & Sales Content (A Friendly Carpet Cleaning)

Overview

A Friendly Carpet Cleaning (AFC) is hiring an experienced Social Media Virtual Assistant to create high-impact, sales-driven content inspired by Grant Cardone–style direct marketing, customized for our brand and our 3X Triple Cleaning Method.

This role is for someone who understands how to sell value, not price, and can clearly explain why premium service costs more but saves customers money by avoiding bad service.

This is NOT a beginner position.

Responsibilities
• Create short-form social media content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
• Create AI-generated short videos that:
• Show the 3X Triple Cleaning process
• Explain how the process works step-by-step
• Educate customers on quality vs cheap service
• Promote trial offers and confidence-based messaging
• Clearly communicate why our service costs more and why that saves money
• Write strong hooks, captions, and calls-to-action
• Create city-targeted content for specific service areas
• Use local hashtags, geo-tags, and city-specific messaging

• Follow brand systems and deliver content consistently

Required Experience & Skills
• Proven experience managing social media for local or service-based businesses
• Must be able to create AI-generated short videos
• Must understand city-level targeting (local hashtags, geo-tags, city messaging)
• Strong understanding of direct-response / sales-focused marketing
• Ability to sell value over price clearly and confidently
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Experience with AI tools, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Able to work independently and follow instructions

Pay
• $5.00 – $7.00 USD per hour, based on experience and performance
• Starts at the lower end with quick increases for strong results
• 1-week paid trial required before long-term hire
