About the Role
We are a growing U.S.-based telemedicine practice looking for a licensed Provider to handle basic telemedicine visits including urgent care, primary care follow-ups, and medication refills.
This role is designed to be fast, efficient, and low-stress and is working AI agents and human interaction. We are needing great efficient providers to assist with customer intake when clients are needing to interact with a human.
Visits are pre-screened and prepared by a Medical Assistant AI and staff.
Clinical protocols and prescribing guidelines are already in place with AI technology.
Typical consults take 3–7 minutes depending on each visit but on average.
No scheduling, billing, or admin work required
You simply review, assess, prescribe (when appropriate), and move on.
Responsibilities
Conduct brief telemedicine consultations for:
Minor urgent care issues (URI, sinusitis, UTI, pink eye, etc.)
Primary care follow-ups
Medication refills (non-complex, protocol-based)
Review intake information prepared by Medical Assistants
Follow established clinical protocols & prescribing guidelines
Document encounter completion as required using guidelines and AI generated softwares.
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and internal staff
Escalate cases outside protocol when needed
Requirements
Physician (MD/DO) preferred
Nurse Practitioner or Nurse with strong clinical experience may be considered
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable following structured clinical protocols
Reliable internet connection
Professional, responsive, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and on-demand
Nice to Have
Prior telemedicine experience
Experience with urgent care or primary care
Familiarity with protocol-based prescribing
Calm, efficient bedside manner
