Our eCommerce company is growing quickly, and we are looking to hire an administrative office assistant to help with our growth. Our business is focused on an e-commerce model, where we buy products online and wholesale from brands and distributors.
You will be assisting in many tasks that will expand with experience. This is a part time position at the
Your role will include the following tasks:
>Create weekly reports
>Spreadsheet management
>Basic data entry
>Manage invoices
>Request Reimbursements
>Manage inventory
>Manage shipment information
This position has a wide range of job tasks, so we need someone who is adaptable and quick with change. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and very well-organized. Training will be provided for all tasks.
We use these programs and websites for this position: DropBox, Slack, VPN, Google Sheets, Inventory Lab, Aura, Amazon Seller Central, and Wal-Mart Seller. Experience with these is great, but can be trained if you have not used these programs.
