JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role: We are looking for a Technical Right Hand to work directly with the founder. We don't want a standard developer who writes every line of code from scratch; we want a "Vibe Coder"—someone who can orchestrate AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Replit) to build internal tools 10x faster than traditional methods.

We operate on the ---------- Principle (from Dan Martell):

10% (Me): I give you the vision, the concept, and the "why."

80% (You): You use AI, APIs, and your coding skills to build the prototype and core functionality.

10% (Me): We review it together, I give final tweaks, and we ship it.

The "Must Haves":

Coding Foundation: You must be proficient in Python or JavaScript. AI will generate 90% of the code, but you must have the expertise to debug the 10% that breaks.

MCP & API Mastery: You must be familiar with Model Context Protocols (MCP). If you don't know what this is or how it connects data to LLMs, this role isn't for you.

API Integration: Proven experience connecting tools like Pipedrive, Trello, and Jobber via REST APIs.

Proactive Communcation: We will work asynchronously, but we will have 1-2 sync sessions per week (likely using Roam/ ---------- ). You must be able to "work out loud" and document as you build.

Languages: Python / Node.js

AI Tools: Claude Projects, OpenAI API, Cursor (IDE), Gemini

Platforms: Pipedrive, Jobber, Trello
