ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building a talent pool of experienced Project Managers for upcoming roles on our team. If selected, you'll own end-to-end delivery of our import/domestic projects — from quotation through production, shipment, and after-sales support — as the main point of contact between clients, sales, and our China-based manufacturing partners. We need someone who thinks clearly during fast-paced project cycles, exercises sound judgment, and doesn't need every decision spelled out — just smart, dependable, common-sense problem-solving.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own assigned projects end-to-end: quotation, production, shipment, closeout, and after-sales support
- Personally accountable for project timeliness and the correctness of orders — specs, pricing, quantities, and documentation all match before they move forward
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, manufacturers, sales, and internal teams
- Spot risks and issues early, think through solutions, and know what to d
- Work directly with China-based manufacturers to keep pricing, materials, and production aligned with budget and spec
- Review shop drawings and finish samples against spec; catch discrepancies and drive them to resolution
- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and POs
- Secure timely client approvals and payments
- Coordinate QC reviews and shipping logistics before cargo ships
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and status reports in internal systems and HubSpot CRM
- Support process improvements and best practices within the Project Management team
- Perform other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of proven experience in project management, construction, manufacturing, or product development
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred)
- Strong critical thinking — able to size up a situation, weigh trade-offs, and make a sound call without hand-holding
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proven experience managing customer-facing projects
- Ability to work full time with occasional flexed hours to support global manufacturing timelines
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM systems (CAD experience is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and comprehension skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
