Nexus Pass Online helps frequent flyers and travellers obtain expedited border-clearance benefits (NEXUS, Global Entry, TSA PreCheck) and related travel services, and we close sales over the phone and email from leads generated online.

*The role (what you’ll do)*
You will join our phone sales team calling warm/hot leads generated by Nexus Pass Online and converting those conversations into paying customers. Day-to-day you will:

- Call warm/hot leads (no cold calling) and close sales over the phone; follow up by email/SMS as needed.
- Use our CRM and phone system to log activity, update statuses, and follow a structured sales process.
- Build value, uncover needs, handle objections, and confidently close.
- Participate in daily/weekly team huddles, roleplays, and call reviews.
- Hit daily/weekly sales targets and continuously refine your approach through coaching.

*Who we’re looking for (must-haves)*
We want experienced phone closers who are reliable and remote-ready
- 5+ years outbound phone sales experience selling a service (B2C preferred). You must be a phone closer — someone who consistently finishes deals.
- Excellent spoken & written English — comfortable speaking with North American customers.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills — confident and persuasive on the phone.
- Proven remote work discipline: reliable internet, quiet workspace, and punctuality for EST shifts (example expectation for similar remote roles: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM EST).
- Comfortable using a CRM, phone dialer, Google Workspace, and joining Zoom/Slack for meetings.
- Positive, coachable, team player who is eager for call review feedback and roleplays.

*Training & onboarding*
We provide a structured onboarding program that covers product knowledge, scripts, CRM training, live call listening, role-plays, and ongoing call reviews. New hires shadow experienced closers and move to live calling as they demonstrate readiness.
