Job Overview

Join our fast-paced t-shirt printing company as a Remote Creative Illustrator. We are looking for a visionary artist who can work independently to create high-impact, original graphics for our 2026 apparel collections. Since this is a fully remote position, we are seeking a self-starter with exceptional digital communication skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines from a home-office environment.
Key Responsibilities

Creative Execution: Design original, screen-print illustrations ranging from minimalist typography to complex multi-color vector art.

Digital Collaboration: Participate in virtual brainstorming sessions and design reviews via [google chat].

File Management: Maintain organized cloud-based file structures and ensure all artwork is optimized for various printing methods (Screen Print, DTG, Heat Transfer).

Market Analysis: Stay ahead of 2026 fashion trends by monitoring global digital marketplaces and social media aesthetics.

Qualifications & Skills
Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Vector) and Photoshop (Raster). Experience with Procreate is a plus.

Home Office Setup: Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and professional-grade hardware (Wacom/iPad/High-res monitor).

Apparel Expertise: Deep understanding of color separation, halftone usage, and how designs translate from screen to fabric.

Portfolio: A strong digital portfolio showcasing apparel-specific designs is a must (include mockups if possible).

Independence: Demonstrated ability to manage time and production schedules without direct in-person supervision.
