About Us:

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the German market (Haircare niche for womans). We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Creative Strategist or Copywriter – someone who can create winning ads and contribute strategically to our campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on performance-driven work and wants to make a real impact.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for writing ad copy, developing creative strategies, and helping craft content that converts. We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record of creating successful ads for other brands. This is not an entry-level role – you must have experience and results to show.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write ad scripts, hooks, and copy that drive results.
• Contribute to creative strategy and campaign planning.
• Analyze past campaigns and optimize content for performance.
• Work closely with the team to generate ideas and implement them effectively.
• Take full ownership of your work and deliver high-quality results independently.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a copywriter or creative strategist, with results from other brands.
• Experience creating high-performing ads (winner ads) – portfolio or examples required.
• Ability to work with the German market (fluency not required, but awareness and understanding is essential).
• Performance-driven, self-confident, and proactive.
• Creative thinker who can independently develop strategies and solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Open to learning, improving, and growing with the company.
