Salary & Benefits at CYPRECO INDUSTRIES, INC:
Monthly Contract: $40K plus, additional compensation based on experience, and review after 90 days with salary increase for good performance.

Candidate Requirements
Please do not apply if you do not meet the following criteria:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial/Government Building Construction within the USA.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management and task prioritization.
- University degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience working from home, with the ability to work 40 hours a week on USA/New York time (night shift).
- Must have a home office setup including:
Dual monitors (minimum 20 inches)
Noise-cancelling headset
High-speed internet with a secure connection with convergys
Must have Webcam for Google Meet, and install necessary Employee Monitoring software
Backup power station for Wi-Fi and computer.
- Ability to work collaboratively via Google Meet with a counterpart in the USA.
Must provide a recent (2023) NBI clearance copy upon hire or within the first two weeks of employment.

Job Role Key Responsibilities:

Estimating/Bidding Procedures:

- Request Drawings and Specifications from Engineers/Architects for new construction projects.
- Download and organize drawings and specifications.
- Ability to perform quantity surveys, drawing take offs.
- Prepare scope of works and send out RFP requests to sub-contractors and vendors to obtain pricing prior to bid date.
- Manage RFP requests in order to obtain necessary pricing from vendors prior to bid.
- Data entry for bids filling in necessary company information and requesting bid bonds, insurance etc.
- Ability to work in Bluebeam, Stackt (on screen take off)

Purchasing:

- Ability to quickly search drawing and specifications with detail to answer technical questions to vendors.
- Ability to discuss project details in a technical capacity.
- Ability to source new vendors, and build long term relationships with subcontractors, and vendors.
- Negotiation skills necessary
- Build vendor/subcontractor directory and manage vendors.

Project Management:
- Quantity surveying & Estimating experience
- Prepare material lists after doing drawing take off
- Preparing CPM baseline schedule & manage schedule updates as necessary.
- Preparing Submittals and RFI's
- Managing Logs for Submittals, RFI's, Change Orders/Pending Items
- Technical review of Drawings and specifications. Ability to search documents to find discrepancies and prepare report on findings.
- Change order preparation/estimating.
- Ability to review drawings and specifications and compare to submittals for compliance.
- Ability to draft scope of works after careful review of drawings and specs to assist with preparing sub contract agreements
work with project manager to assist field team with innovate solutions for means and methods.

Engineering
AutoCAD, Revit, and drafting experience
ability to prepare shop drawings and sketches
