Summary

About Us:
We are a thriving residential & commercial landscape company based in the United States. We're experiencing rapid growth and need a proven ads specialist who can flood our sales pipeline with qualified leads ready to book landscape installations.

What We Need:
We're looking for a Facebook expert with specific experience running Meta ads and creating organic content for home service businesses. Experience with Go HighLevel (GHL) is preferred but not required. This is a long-term position.

Your Mission:
Generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads from homeowners for new backyard installations. We have the sales team ready to close - we just need you to keep the pipeline full.

Required Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years managing ads for similar home services
- Expert-level knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Experience with GO High Level is preffered (not required)
- Experience with local service area targeting and geo-fencing strategies
- Portfolio showing specific results from home service campaigns

You Should Know How To
- Create Social Media Content using tools like Canva or CapCut
- Plan and manage a consistent posting schedule
- Write engaging captions in clear English
- Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite or other tools
- Monitor basic engagement (likes, comments, messages)
- Set up and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Sync Meta Ads with Go HighLevel (ability to learn this by self is needed if no experience)
- Manage leads and basic workflows inside Go HighLevel
- Provide weekly or bi-weekly performance reports
- Good written English communication
- Reliable internet connection
- Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Honest, proactive, and detail-oriented
