We are seeking an experienced Office & HR Manager to oversee our Quezon City office.

Location: Quezon City, Philippines (On-site)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced manager to run our Quezon City office, supervise our teams, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws. You will work closely with company leadership to manage office operations, assist with recruitment, and provide guidance on employment regulations across all regions and islands of the Philippines. This role is perfect for someone who is a strong people manager with excellent knowledge of labor laws and practical experience in recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Quezon City office.
- Supervise multiple teams based on the companies they work for in the U.S., ensuring productivity and engagement.
- Ensure all employment practices are compliant with Philippine labor laws.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR compliance questions and employee relations.
- Support management in maintaining a positive and professional office culture.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic staffing and operational decisions.

Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of management experience in a similar office or HR-related role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
- Some recruiting experience is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in logistics or freight brokerage is a plus but not required.
