Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (Remote)

About the Role
This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role supporting the digital marketing and performance reporting operations of the company.
The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst:
• Reports directly to the Corporate Marketing Manager
• Works closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and senior leadership
• Supports multiple restaurant brands and locations
• Focuses on execution, analytics, reporting, and marketing operations
This role is not a people manager and does not own brand strategy or budget decisions. It does play a critical role in ensuring leadership has reliable data, clean execution, and clear visibility into marketing performance.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Digital Marketing Execution Support
• Support paid digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and related platforms
• Assist with campaign setup, QA, optimization, and documentation
• Support promotions, limited-time offers, and community initiatives with measurable execution
Analytics & Performance Reporting
• Build and maintain recurring performance reports and dashboards
• Track key metrics related to traffic, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
• Prepare clear performance summaries for the Corporate Marketing Manager, COO, and senior leadership
• Assist with post-campaign and event performance analysis
Marketing Operations & Systems
• Maintain organized marketing assets and documentation in Microsoft SharePoint
• Manage spreadsheet-based campaign tracking and reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliable reporting across platforms
• Support day-to-day use of marketing tools and platforms
Digital Brand Presence
• Support management of review and reputation platforms (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.)
• Monitor reviews and escalate issues according to established guidelines
• Assist with digital listings audits and updates
Who This Role Is For
This role is well-suited for someone who:
• Enjoys structured work, reporting, and operational discipline
• Is comfortable supporting senior leaders with accurate data
• Prefers execution and analytics over creative brand strategy
• Can work independently and communicate clearly in a remote environment
Required Experience
• 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or performance marketing
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Experience supporting paid media or digital campaigns
• Clear written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Experience
• Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location retail industry
• Experience supporting U.S.-based teams or stakeholders
• Familiarity with review platforms, location-based marketing, and performance reporting
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, and Microsoft Office
Work Schedule & Availability
• 100% remote contractor role
• Working hours are flexible; however, the role must fully support U.S. Eastern Time (EST) operations from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• We will coordinate respectfully around local and international holidays
Compensation
• $300 – $500 USD per week, depending on experience and demonstrated capability
• Long-term contractor opportunity for the right candidate
