Who we are and who we are looking for
We are an established e-commerce business operating two online stores in the automotive niche. One store has been operating since 2018, and the second was launched in 2025.
We are looking for an e-commerce operations and systems manager who combines systems thinking with hands-on Shopify execution.
What this role is / what this role is not
This role IS:
• A combination of process systematization and hands-on execution
• Focused on turning ideas into structured tasks, SOPs, and implementation
• A role with ownership and responsibility for execution
This role IS NOT:
• Basic Shopify operations or data entry
• Order processing or routine admin work
Responsibilities:
• Systematize operational processes and document them as SOPs
• Turn ideas and initiatives into structured tasks and execution plans
• Implement improvements inside Shopify
• Manage product data in Shopify (descriptions, metafields, pricing, catalog structure)
• Work on content for product and collection pages
• Delegate tasks to internal tea
• Ensure data accuracy across Shopify and internal documentation
• Track execution progress and report on defined KPIs
Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience working with Shopify stores
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and product catalog management
• Experience working with product data, including product descriptions, metafields, pricing, and catalog structure
• Experience systematizing processes and documenting workflows or SOPs
• Ability to organize tasks, workflows, and information in a clear and structured way
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and processes
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of operational tasks
• Ability to delegate tasks and follow up on execution
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and how site structure and content impact performance
• Basic understanding of
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools
• Strong written and spoken English
• Full-time availability during US business hours
What We Offer
