Job Title: Sales Caller - Base + Commission
Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates only)
Compensation: monthly base salary + commission.
Reports To: Sales Manager

Pay Structure:
Base salary plus commission for every closed deal.
Commission range based on the product.
Commission ranges from 4% - 49% on cash collected.

Job Type: Full-Time Contractor

Job Description: We are looking for a high-energy, motivated Sales Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-driven closer with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships. You will be responsible for making sales calls, managing appointments, and working toward achieving monthly sales objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to follow up with leads, convert them into paying clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Make up to 100+ outbound cold calls to prospects daily, introducing our services and generating interest.
Identify and qualify leads, converting them into sales by clearly communicating the value of our offerings.Confidently explain our services, addressing prospects' needs and overcoming objections.
Maintain consistent follow-up communication with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring continuous revenue growth.
Log and track all calls, interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system for efficient management and reporting.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and optimize the sales process for better results.

Qualifications:
Experience with sales of services, preferably in a marketing or digital space
Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket deals and meet/exceed targets
Coachable and able to learn new processes quickly
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with Google Sheets (formulas)
