We are seeking a Real Estate Researcher with prior real estate knowledge to support U.S.-based analysis and advisory work. This role focuses on verifying and validating real estate data using U.S. standards, including tax assessment records, property records, and market data sources.
Key Responsibilities
Research and verify property data using U.S. public records
Review and interpret tax assessment records, deeds, and property histories
Validate ownership, zoning, land use, and valuation-related data points
Cross-check information across multiple sources for accuracy
Compile findings into clear, organized reports or spreadsheets
Support analysts with data preparation for valuation, tax, or advisory work
Maintain strict accuracy, consistency, and documentation standards
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate research or related fields
Strong understanding of U.S. real estate concepts and terminology
Experience reviewing tax assessment records and property data
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong English reading and writing skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with U.S. appraisal firms, brokers, or tax consultants
Familiarity with county assessor websites and public record databases
Background in valuation, property tax, or real estate analytics
