JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Venture Project Lead to help drive new initiatives from concept to execution. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of projects, conduct research, build execution plans, and coordinate teams to bring ideas to life.

The Venture Project Lead will work closely with leadership to explore new opportunities, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure projects move forward efficiently.

This is a remote position for someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of managing projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Take full ownership of new initiatives once an idea is introduced
2. Clarify project scope, objectives, and success criteria
3. Drive projects from research through execution and delivery
4. Conduct market, operational, and feasibility research
5. Identify tools, platforms, vendors, and internal resources required
6. Build clear execution plans with realistic timelines
7. Coordinate with internal teams including operations, marketing, clinical staff, and remote teams
8. Work with content writers, website teams, GHL specialists, and external vendors
9. Ensure projects stay on track without constant supervision
10. Make execution-level decisions independently within defined limits
11. Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early
12. Escalate only when necessary for budget, scope, or major constraints
13. Provide concise updates focused on progress, timelines, outcomes, and blockers
14. Communicate clearly and efficiently with leadership

Required Qualifications:
1. Proven experience leading projects from idea to launch
2. Strong research, planning, and execution skills
3. Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information
4. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Highly organized and results-driven
7. Proactive and able to work independently

Work Requirements:
Must be able to start ASAP
Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time
Comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking
Able to work with a remote team and maintain accountability
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
