About the Role

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or creative role. You will follow SOPs, monitor performance, and keep campaigns running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
• Build
• Upload creatives and copy exactly as provided
• Set budgets, audiences, placements, and naming conventions
• Monitor ads daily (spend, delivery, CTR, CPA, CPM)
• Pause underperforming ads based on rules
• Flag issues early (disapproved ads, tracking issues, ads not spending)
• Update performance data in Google Sheets / Airtable
• Send short daily or weekly updates
Requirements
• Experience managing
• Comfortable using Meta Ads Manager
• Strong attention to detail
• Can follow SOPs exactly
• Good written English
• Reliable internet and communication
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience with e-commerce ads
• Agency experience
• Basic understanding of Pixel / conversion tracking
Tools Used
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Sheets / Airtable
• Slack
• Loom
