JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in cases involving Lemon Law, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to case management and client interaction.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a dynamic team
Review firm billing and adjust accordingly
Quickly and accurately type, edit, and proofread documents
Assemble necessary documents and evidence in preparation of filings including fee motions and oppositions
Demonstrate proficiency in legal terminology
Assist the team in keeping track of fee motion deadlines and filings

Qualifications:

Must have a Law Degree
Organizational skills
In office experience with Microsoft Office
Work a full time in person position Monday - Friday
Lemon Law or fee motion experience REQUIRED
