You will be responsible for managing the lead pipeline, ensuring no lead is forgotten, and maintaining the vital connection between our marketing and sales team. Your job is to make sure we're not missing any opportunities!
Core Responsibilities (Operational Focus)
1. Pipeline Management:
Audit the CRM daily to ensure leads are moving through the stages.
(New -> Contacted -> Appointment -> Under Contract). Flag "stalled" leads immediately.
2. Note Auditing & Data Quality:
Review every call note and text log. Ensure "The 4 Pillars" (Condition, Timeline, Motivation, Price) are documented. If a note is missing, update it or task the team to provide it.
3: Task & Calendar Management:
Create follow-up tasks for our Acquisition Managers (AMs). You are the "brain" that reminds the team who to call and when.
4. Team Reminders:
Proactively nudge the local team via Slack/WhatsApp for leads that haven't been touched in 24 hours.
Missed Communication Recovery: Monitor SMS/VoIP logs for missed texts or calls. Respond instantly using our distressed homeowner persona templates to keep the lead warm.
Technical Skills Required:
1: CRM Mastery: Advanced proficiency in HighLevel
2: Automation Knowledge: Ability to set up reminders and task triggers within the CRM.
General Requirements:
Near-Native English Proficiency: You must have exceptional verbal and written English skills. You will be communicating with US-based homeowners and must be able to handle complex conversations with empathy and professional nuance.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Base Salary: Paid on a consistent schedule.
Performance Bonuses: We offer bonuses based on lead qualification accuracy, speed-to-lead benchmarks, and successful appointment settings.
