The Role
I am a serial entrepreneur running multiple businesses, primarily focused on Real Estate. I am looking for a high-level Right Hand / Operations Manager—effectively a "Mini CEO"—to take ownership of my day-to-day operations. This is not a task-taker role; I need a problem-solver who can manage systems, people, and technical automations with minimal oversight.
Core Responsibilities
System Ownership: Manage and optimize our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM. You should know GHL inside and out (workflows, snapshots, funnels, and triggers).
Automation: Build and maintain lower-level automations (Zapier, Make, or native GHL) to ensure leads and data flow seamlessly between businesses.
Operations & SOPs: Audit existing processes, create new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure the "trains run on time."
Team Management: You will be responsible for hiring and firing support staff. You must be able to vet talent, hold tea
Real Estate Focus: Manage real estate-specific workflows, including lead follow-up systems, transaction coordination steps, and database management.
Requirements
Tech Savvy: Expert-level familiarity with GoHighLevel and general automation tools.
Industry Experience: Proven track record in the Real Estate industry (Investors, Wholesalers, or Agencies).
Leadership: Experience managing a team and handling HR duties (recruitment and performance management).
Communication: Fluent English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders.
Reliability: You are the "anchor" of the business. You must be highly organized and proactive.
Compensation & Hours
Rate: $5.00 – $6.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
