JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join Excel Dictionary and create compelling visual content for our multi-platform presence reaching over 9 million followers across YouTube, social media, and digital channels.

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating Excel concepts and our brand identity into engaging visual designs across all platforms. This role requires someone who can understand both the technical aspects of Excel and transform them into clear, educational graphics that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Create weekly infographics focused on Excel tips, formulas, and tutorials for all platforms
Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement
Develop email campaign assets and promotional materials
Produce various graphic design assets across social media, YouTube, web, and digital platforms
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content and channels
Collaborate with the content team to visualize Excel concepts effectively
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar)
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear visual designs
Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual consistency
Experience creating content for multiple digital and social media platforms
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or willingness to learn Excel fundamentals
Experience creating educational or tutorial-based graphics
Familiarity with platform-specific design best practices (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Background in tech or software-related design work
Understanding of data visualization and infographic design
