JOB OVERVIEW

Job description. The Product Life Cycle Agent will be responsible for basic aspects of SIGNWarehouse product life cycle management, with a focus on the product onboarding and end-of-life processes. The Product Life Cycle Agent will engage with vendors to gather all essential product information to prepare for onboarding, manage the internal forms required to share data with internal teams, and assist in related processes, including creation and management of kits and bundles, and data processing in support of marketing and ecommerce initiatives. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work independently in a full-time remote-work environment.

Specific Job Functions Include:
Poling vendors for essential product data
Working in complex Google Sheets to share data with internal teams
Creating and maintaining kits in Odoo Enterprise software
Uploading content to Ecommerce applications in support of digital marketing initiatives.
