???? About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative to handle client communication for our growing credit repair business. This role is critical — you’ll be the main point of contact between our clients and our operations team.
If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable speaking with clients, and can follow systems/SOPs, this is a great long-term opportunity.
???? Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via email, SMS, and phone
Provide updates on credit repair progress in a clear, professional way
Log all client interactions inside Notion / CRM
Follow up with clients on required documents or missing information
Handle basic billing/payment status questions
Schedule follow-ups and check-ins
Escalate complex issues to management when needed
Maintain client satisfaction and professionalism at all times
? Requirements
KNOW HOW TO USE DISPUTE FOX CRM , KNOW HOW TO NAVIGATE A CRM
Excellent English ACCENT (written & verbal)
Previous customer service experience required
Strong organization and note-taking skills
Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Docs, CRMs, Slack
Ability to follow SOPs and systems exactly
Stable internet connection + quiet work environment
Professional attitude (this is a serious business)

Experience in credit repair, financial services, or collections
GOHIGHLEVEL , SLACK or Notion experience
Familiar with TransUnion, Experian, Equifax basics
Calm under pressure and good at handling frustrated clients
