We’re looking for a super organized and detail-focused Operations & Reporting Coordinator with a knack for numbers and data. If you love working with spreadsheets, tracking progress, and creating clear, easy-to-understand PowerPoint presentations, this role is for you!
You’ll keep things running smoothly by managing trackers, spotting roadblocks, and making sure everyone’s on the same page. You’ll handle data, whip up reports, and keep our docs clean and up-to-date.
What you’ll do:
Track projects, timelines, and tasks — keep everything on schedule.
Analyze data using Excel or Google Sheets.
Create neat, simple PowerPoint slides for team updates.
Write quick, clear meeting notes and reports.
Organize files and keep docs tidy.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or similar.
Around 3+ years in operations or project support.
Comfortable with tools like Notion, Asana, or Trello.
Strong Excel/Sheets skills (formulas, charts).
Good at making slides that look clean and clear.
Great communication and super detail-oriented.
Self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
