Are you an elite video editor obsessed with crafting high-retention YouTube content that commands attention from the first second to the last?

We’re looking for a top-tier video editor and motion designer who can transform raw, educational footage into compelling, binge-worthy long-form videos (10–30 minutes) that maximize viewer retention and drive conversions.

The channel is the go-to YouTube destination for aspiring entrepreneurs looking for no-fluff, actionable strategies to grow their online businesses. Our videos are bold, tactical, fast-moving - and built to convert viewers into raving fans and paying customers.

We’re not here to entertain for the sake of it. We’re here to educate and activate. That means zero dead air, constant motion, and content so sharp it feels like a masterclass.

YOUR ROLE

You’ll be the invisible force behind the channel's YouTube presence - editing and designing videos that keep viewers glued to the screen while making complex business concepts digestible and exciting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

High-Retention Editing

Execute aggressive, fast-paced cuts with no dead air

Apply engaging transitions and zooms to keep ---------- ntum high

Maintain consistent pacing across 10–30 minute formats

Advanced Motion Graphics

Design kinetic typography and dynamic text pop-ups

Emphasize key takeaways, money stats, and bold claims

Emulate the distinctive “Hormozi/Gadzhi” editing style with originality

Visual Storytelling

Integrate B-roll, screen recordings, animations, and analogies

Visually support every claim and insight with purpose

Information Design

Animate charts, funnels, and automations with clarity

Create polished visuals that simplify complex strategies

Sound & Music Design

Apply sound effects and music that sync with motion

Craft a cohesive audio-visual experience that feels premium

Quality Control

Color correction, audio mastering, formatting for YouTube

Exporting clean, platform-optimized final files on deadline

MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Must be fluent in English.

Portfolio that proves your skills: Show us long-form YouTube videos you’ve edited that feature fast pacing, kinetic text, and strong storytelling.

Expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Deep knowledge of YouTube editing trends, retention analytics, and pacing science.

Flawless attention to detail: from sync to type spacing to transitions.

Self-motivated and reliable: You meet deadlines. You problem-solve. You bring ideas to the table.

Aesthetic instincts: You know when a ---------- nt needs pop, when to let it breathe, and how to elevate the visuals without overdoing it.

COMPENSATION AND HOW TO APPLY

This is a remote, ongoing role with expectations to complete at least 10 long-form videos per month. So your skills and speed need to reflect that objective.
