JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are a fast-growing, high-volume U.S. real estate team looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant to fully own our social media, marketing execution, and video editing. This role is for someone who can take raw content and turn it into polished, engaging posts that drive brand growth, engagement, and inbound leads.

This is a key role on our team. We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in short-form video and social media marketing—not just posting, but executing with purpose.

Primary Responsibilities
Social Media Management

Manage and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

Write engaging captions with clear calls to action

Research trends, hashtags, and audio

Monitor comments and messages as directed

Track performance and report weekly results

Video Editing

Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

Edit long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts, training content)

Add captions, transitions, music, hooks, B-roll, and branding

Optimize videos for engagement and retention

Marketing Support

Create marketing graphics using Canva or similar tools

Assist with email marketing, landing pages, and lead magnets

Repurpose content across multiple platforms

Maintain brand consistency

AI & Systems

Use AI tools to assist with captions, hooks, scripts, and content ideas

Help improve and systematize content workflows

Stay current with social media and AI marketing trends

Required Skills

Proven experience managing social media accounts

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

Canva experience required

Strong written and spoken English

Understanding of short-form content strategy

Highly organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience working with U.S. real estate teams

Understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies

Email marketing or CRM experience

Familiarity with analytics and reporting
