????? Job Description
We’re seeking a Product Manager / Product Developer who is obsessed with the learner’s journey and the "0-to-1" process of building digital solutions. This is a pivotal role where you will own the bridge between expert content and user experience.
You aren't just managing a backlog; you are architecting the way thousands of people consume life-changing information. You will work closely with our content creators, marketing team, and developers to turn expert knowledge into intuitive, scalable digital products that solve real-world problems for our community.
We need someone who can ruthlessly remove confusion and cognitive load for our users, ensuring every digital product we ship is clear, human, and benefit-led.

??Responsibilities
Own the Product Roadmap: Align our summit schedules and digital product launches with company strategy and community needs.
Translate Insights into Products: Take the high-level concepts from our world-renowned experts and "productize" them into structured courses, ebooks, and interactive coaching tools.
Community-Led Development: Deeply understand the specific pain points of our ADHD communities. Run feedback loops and usability sessions to ensure our products are truly supportive and accessible.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work tightly with marketing to ensure product messaging is clear and with tech teams to ensure our delivery platforms are seamless.
High-Velocity Shipping: Move from a "fuzzy idea" to a launched digital product or summit platform with speed, without sacrificing the quality of the user experience.

You have a great taste: You have a high bar for design and copywriting. You know how to make a low-cost product feel like a premium experience.
You’re obsessed with details: You spot user friction before anyone else does. You set a high bar for yourself and those around you, ensuring nothing "half-baked" reaches our community.

?Requirements
1+ years of experience in Product Management or Digital Product Development.
Demonstrated ability to create digital products (courses, apps, or platforms) that solve real user problems.
Strong communication skills—you can translate expert complexity into simple, actionable digital steps.
An "Owner" mindset: you don’t wait for direction; you identify the friction and fix it.
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana) and a passion for building efficient workflows.
Experience working with community-based products or neurodivergent audiences is a plus.
