This is a long-term role for someone who wants to work hard, communicate clearly, and grow with a company, not just manage ads in isolation.

Your Responsibilities:
- Build, launch, manage, and scale
- Work specifically with painting and cabinet companies (service based lead generation)
- Analyze performance data and optimize based on results
- Track key metrics (CPL, cost per booking lead quality, conversion rates)
- Test new creatives, angles, hooks, and offers
- Contribute new ideas and strategic improvements
- Collaborate closely with the team to improve client outcomes
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with
Strong understanding of:
- Lead generation funnels
- Creative testing
- Data analysis & optimization
- Ability to think strategically and independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
English Requirement (Important):
- Excellent English communication skills
- C1 level preferred (C2 strongly preferred)
Must be able to communicate clearly in:
- Written messages
- Voice calls
- Strategy discussions
Clear communication is non-negotiable.
Bonus Skills (Big Plus, Not Required):
- Using AI tools to enhance copywriting or creative testing
- Interest or experience with AI-generated video ads (e.g., Veo, Sora, or similar tools)
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly
Compensation:
- $960/month (full-time)
