Core Responsibilities
Newsletter & Subscriber Growth
• Own and grow the newsletter subscriber base.
• Build and optimise opt-in funnels, lead magnets, onboarding and retention flows.
• Improve open rates, click-through rates and subscriber engagement.
• Drive consistent net subscriber growth.
Email
• Manage
• Test subject lines, CTAs, formats and send times.
• Build onboarding, re-engagement and win-back flows.
• Maintain list quality and reduce churn.
Social Media as a Growth Channel
• Use social media to actively drive newsletter sign-ups.
• Brief and work with a shared designer on visuals, reels and templates.
• Optimise content formats for reach and conversion.
• Support basic community engagement where required.
Performance & Optimisation
• Track growth KPIs including subscribers, engagement and churn.
• Provide simple weekly performance updates.
• Continuously test and optimise based on data.
• Take full ownership of growth performance.

Required Experience (Essential)
• Proven experience growing a newsletter or subscriber-led audience.
• Strong hands-on experience with
• Demonstrated ability to use social media for measurable growth, not just posting.
• Comfortable working independently with clear accountability.
• Data-driven, organised and execution-focused.
