Our team works remotely and focuses on performance, accountability, and results. We are now looking for a seasoned Media Buyer (PPC Specialist) who can take ownership of campaigns and drive measurable growth.
What You'll Do
As a Media Buyer (PPC Specialist), you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Your responsibilities include:
• Managing and scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Developing campaign strategies focused on lead generation and ROI
• Conducting advanced keyword research, audience targeting, and funnel optimization
• Writing and testing high-converting ad copy and creatives
• Monitoring and optimizing performance based on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Implementing and troubleshooting tracking using Google Tag Manager
• Identifying scaling opportunities and improving lead quality
• Analyzing data and presenting insights and recommendations
• Collaborating with the team on creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategy
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a high-performing PPC specialist who is confident in managing and scaling campaigns.
You should have:
• 3–5 years of proven experience in media buying / PPC
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads (AdWords) Certification
• Deep understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics
• Experience optimizing for lead quality, not just volume
• Ability to confidently manage budgets and scale campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of campaigns
• Willing to train juniors who will be part of the team in the future

• Is proactive, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
• Can provide at least 2 reference checks from former managers or clients
• Handled local service campaigns (plumbing, home services, etc.) — experience in this vertical is a strong plus
