We are expanding our remote team and are seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant with strong social media skills to support executive operations and digital brand presence.

Position Overview
This role combines executive assistance, administrative operations, and social media management. You will work directly with the CEO, helping manage daily tasks, communications, and online content.
This position requires initiative, confidentiality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
• Manage calendar scheduling, reminders, and task follow-ups
• Draft, organize, and manage
• Conduct online research and prepare summaries or reports
• Track deadlines, projects, and priorities
• Assist with SOP creation and internal documentation
• Coordinate tasks with vendors, contractors, or virtual assistants
• Maintain organized digital files and spreadsheets
• Handle confidential information professionally
Social Media Responsibilities
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram,
• Create and schedule posts using Canva or similar tools
• Write captions aligned with brand tone and messaging
• Organize and maintain a content calendar
• Assist with short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Shorts)
• Perform basic engagement and competitor research

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with:
• Google Workspace
• Canva
• Instagram /
• Slack or similar communication tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Stable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience in real estate or construction-related businesses
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, InShot)
• Familiarity with task management tools (ClickUp, Asana)
• Experience working directly with U.S.-based executives
