Customer Service & Rental Booking Specialist

**Remote | Full-Time | Monday–Friday**
**Salary: $275 USD/month**
**Hours: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM U.S. Central Time (Texas Time)**
**Philippine Time: Approximately 2:00 AM–11:00 AM while Texas is on daylight-saving time**
**8 working hours + 1-hour unpaid lunch**

**IMPORTANT:** Texas changes clocks during the year, while the Philippines does not. Your work schedule is based on **U.S. Central Time**, so your Philippine start/end time will adjust when the U.S. time changes.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable **Customer Service & Rental Booking Specialist** to join our team long-term.

This is primarily a **phone, customer service, rental booking, and payment follow-up position** with light administrative support. We will train the right person.

What You'll Do
* Answer and return customer phone calls
* Respond to texts and customer inquiries
* Speak with prospective renters and book vehicle rentals
* Follow up with leads and prospective renters
* Monitor renter payments
* Contact renters regarding missed or late payments
* Create and update basic invoices
* Update customer payment ledgers
* Assist with basic transaction categorizations
* Schedule appointments
* Update GoHighLevel and customer records
* Complete basic administrative tasks
* Follow company procedures and training


Your Phone Voice Is Extremely Important. You will regularly speak with U.S.-based customers.

You must speak English **clearly, naturally, confidently, and professionally** and have a friendly customer-service phone presence.

We can teach you our systems. We cannot teach you to care about customers, communicate well, or be dependable.

Memory & Retention Matter
We will train you, but you must be able to **remember and retain what you learn**.

If we teach you how to complete a task and you don't perform that task again for several days, you should be able to use your memory, notes, training materials, and company procedures to complete it again.

We are looking for someone who:
* Takes good notes
* Remembers previous training
* Follows procedures
* Learns from corrections
* Does not need to be repeatedly retrained on the same tasks
* Asks questions when genuinely unsure

Evening Payment Follow-Up Is Part of This Job
Our renters are required to make their payments by **9:00 PM U.S. Central Time**.
Toward the end of your shift, you will check the payment records to determine who has and has not paid.

After the 9:00 PM deadline, you may need to:
* Check for missing payments
* Call or text renters who have not paid
* Send professional payment reminders
* Update invoices and customer ledgers
* Record payments received
* Flag unresolved accounts for management

You must remain available and actively working through **10:00 PM Central Time**.

90-Day Probationary Period
All new hires begin with a **90-day probationary period**.
