Position: Lead Manager / Lead Intake Specialist
Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Location: Remote
Schedule: U.S. Central Time overlap required
Pay: Competitive, based on experience (with performance bonuses)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Lead Manager to be the first point of contact for motivated sellers. This is a long-term position for someone who wants stability, growth, and real responsibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Lead Manager, you will handle inbound and outbound seller leads and help move them through our pipeline.
Daily responsibilities include:
Answering inbound calls, texts, and
Making outbound follow-up calls to warm and cold leads
Qualifying seller motivation, timeline, price expectations, and condition
Building rapport and communicating with empathy and professionalism
Accurately updating lead details and call notes in our CRM
Tagging and organizing leads properly (hot / warm / cold)
Scheduling appointments and follow-ups for the acquisitions team
Following up consistently (this is critical — no dropped leads)
Required Skills & Experience
Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred)
Prior experience as a Real Estate VA, Lead Manager, or Cold Caller
Comfortable speaking on the phone for several hours per day
Strong listening skills and ability to ask smart follow-up questions
Experience using CRMs (real estate CRMs are a big plus)
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Stable internet connection, quiet work environment, and headset
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience with U.S. real estate wholesaling or off-market deals
Familiarity with call scripts and seller intake frameworks
Experience with dialers, SMS, and call dispositions
Understanding of motivation-based sales conversations
