JOB OVERVIEW

Minty is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping businesses build a powerful online presence. We are seeking an experienced Link Builder Specialist to join our team and help us generate high-quality backlinks for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach to secure backlinks from authoritative websites that align with the client’s industry.
Analyze potential link opportunities based on Domain Authority (DA), traffic metrics, and organic growth.
Build backlinks using ethical, white-hat SEO methods that follow search engine guidelines.
Develop unique, high-quality content (minimum 800 words) for link placement, ensuring content relevance and proper optimization.
Maintain and update a blacklist for known PBNs, guest post farms, and reseller lists.
Ensure all backlinks are “do-follow” without "ugc" or "sponsored" attributes.
Collaborate with the team to source and negotiate link-building opportunities with websites of appropriate quality.

You will be provided a sample website and target URL:

URL: tracka.ai
Keyword: "Habit Tracking App"

Your task:

Find 2 link opportunities with the following requirements:
From genuine, relevant websites with real organic traffic (minimum 1k/month).
Stable or growing traffic, from the same speaking language.
Avoid sites with “Write For Us” pages.
One link should be from a DA30 website, and one from a DA50 website.
Avoid duplicate link sources and ensure the article includes 2 internal links, a do-follow backlink, and 1 non-competing external link.
Create unique, non-AI content for the links (minimum 800 words).

Requirements:

Proven experience in link-building strategies with verifiable results.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush to evaluate link opportunities.
Strong understanding of content creation and optimization.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to create engaging, high-quality content to support link-building efforts.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
