PPC Specialist – Amazon Marketing Agency (Remote)
Full-Time | Remote | Competitive Salary + PTO

We specialize in Amazon SEO, PPC, listing optimization, and catalog management, and we do it with systems, strategy, and speed. We’re looking for a PPC Specialist who wants to grow into a world-class media buyer by executing and managing high-performing Amazon ad campaigns.
The Role:
The PPC Specialist plays a hands-on role in the day-to-day execution of Amazon advertising campaigns. You’ll be responsible for uploading bulk files, adjusting bids and budgets, building campaigns, harvesting keywords, and ensuring PPC performance stays aligned with ACoS, TACoS, and budget targets. This is a perfect fit for someone who wants to master the technical side of Amazon ads and learn how to run efficient, scalable campaigns from the ground up.
You’ll work directly under the PPC Lead, taking direction on strategy while owning the implementation across multiple client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the PPC Lead to implement strategies across client accounts
- Create new campaigns (SP, SB, SD) and restructure existing ones for efficiency
- Adjust bids, update budgets, and modify placement settings
- Harvest high-performing keywords and promote them into new campaigns
- Apply negative keyword targeting to eliminate wasted ad spend
- Track and maintain campaign health daily to ensure accounts remain within budget
- Monitor and flag issues with ACoS, TACoS, or unexpected spend spikes
- Harvest PPC data to support organic SEO initiatives
- Maintain clean data and reports in spreadsheets and tracking tools
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Amazon PPC experience (SEO knowledge is a plus)
- Proficiency in Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar keyword tools
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data
- Must be proficient in Google Sheets and Excel
- Experience using automated ad platforms like Trellis, Adlabs, Bidx, Teikametrics, Quartile, Perpetua, or other similar sofware
- Clear communication skills for working with team leads and managers
- Reliable and organized, able to manage multiple campaigns without hand-holding
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to type 55+ words per minute
